Alyssa Anderson, RMT

Alyssa is a skilled massage therapist who graduated at ICT Northumberland College in 2008. Taking in-depth courses she has learned that through proper assessment and testing, you can formulate a treatment plan that suits all your needs.
Alyssa is trained in Reflexology, Suikodo and Myofacial Assessment, all which she incorporates into her treatments, along with general Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue work.
Alyssa believes that by addressing client needs you can reduce stress and increase client comfort to help maintain a healthy mind and body.
Alyssa is also a Reiki Level I Practitioner.

Shawn has 23 years experience in helping people on their path to optimum health. He was a primary caregiver for many years for a stroke survivor, and caring is at his core. He has explored the different aspects of Holistic Health Care as well as continued study of different modalities.
Trained in Ontario for Massage and Reiki, he continued his education in Nova Scotia for all other modalities. He is a member of the Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia.
Shawn's services range from relaxation, myofascial release, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, Indian Head massage, Reiki and some reflexology. His belief is that the body can heal itself of "anything" and sometimes it just needs a little help along the way. He is pleased to offer his assistance to you on your journey to a healthy and pain free body.
Melanie Jandron, RMT

Melanie graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with a certificate in the Chronic Pain Outreach Clinic.
Melanie believes everyone can benefit from massage therapy, especially to reduce stress in today's busy world. She's skilled in relaxing techniques and is an excellent choice for general relaxation sessions.
Melanie is also skilled in therapeutic techniques such as, Myofascial Release, stretching and strengthening techniques, and MLD. She is also a Level 1 Reiki practitioner.
Jennifer White, RMT
Therapist Recognition Award Recipient - December 2011
Jennifer graduated from ICT Northumberland College in 2009. During her intensive massage therapy training program she learned a variety of techniques such as general swedish massage, manual lymphatic drainage, as well as strengthening and stretching excercises.
Trained in Myofascial Release, Sports Massage and Suikodo energy work she also draws upon these modalities and incorporates these skills into her massage treatments whenever necessary or beneficial to a client.
Although Jennifer enjoys employing a calming relaxation massage to help her clients manage stress, she is also very adept at addressing problems ranging from chronic pain to specific injuries.
Jennifer feels a team effort between therapist and client can help heal the body, mind and spirit. Therefore she is a strong believer in client education and home care. She is also a Reiki Level II Practitioner.
Lynn Saulnier, RMT
Therapist Recognition Award Recipient - November 2011
Lynn graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy after completing over 2200 classroom/clinic hours and over 50 hours of service in a Geriatric/Special Needs Outreach Clinic.
During her studies Lynn focused on Trigger Point Therapy, Neurological Dysfunction, Postural Imbalances, Post Injury Rehabilitation (MVA, Sports, Surgery), General Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Geriatric/Special Needs Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Pregnancy Massage. Lynn is a Registered Massage Therapist with the Massage Therapists' and Wholistic Practitioners' Association of the Maritimes (MTWPAM).
Lynn believes that everyone can benefit from massage. From healing old and new injuries, treating neurological conditions, or relieving the stress of everyday life - massage can be therapeutic, stress reducing, or just plain relaxing.
To assist you in your recovery, Lynn also feels that client education and home-care are of the utmost importance during the healing process. She is also a Level 1 Reiki practitioner.
Heather Nairn, RMT
Heather gained her interest in Massage Therapy from her aunt who practices in British Columbia as a registered massage therapist. She took the fast track program at ICT Northumberland College and completed her diploma in a mere one and a half years.
During her time at ICT, Heather also took introductory classes in Myofascial Release, Reflexology and Suikodo. She found a passion for Suikodo and enjoys incorporating it into her treatments. Heather plans to further her training in Suikodo, as well as getting training in pet massage.
Heather enjoys treating head, neck and back, but enjoys a challenge when it arises. She also volunteered her time at different events, including the Blue Nose Marathon.
Rebecca MacLean, RMT
Rebecca is a firm believer that everyone can benefit from Massage Therapy. Rebecca aims to promote health and healing from within by providing an environment that is open and informed, and treatment that is personalized for your needs and health care goals.
Rebecca draws inspiration from the body's incredible ability to communicate what it needs and it's amazing capacity to heal. Her treatments are informed and intuitive, incorporating Swedish Massage, Myofascial Realease, Passive Joint Play, Suikodo and Reflexology for a treatment that is therapeutic, relaxing or both.

Sue MacPhee, BSc, RMT, Reiki Practitioner
Sue graduated with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax after completing the 2200 hour massage therapy program. She is also the recipient of the 2011 Wholistic Therapist award from the Massage Therapists and Wholistic Practitioners Association of the Maritimes.
Sue has always practiced the philosophy of treating the health of a person as a whole, body, mind and spirit, and as a result, she has received Level II Reiki attunement in May of 2006. Sue believes that these two modals of healing greatly benefit one another in a session.
She was ordained as a minister of hands-on healing in the state of Florida in October of 2004 at Lively Stones Fellowship under the direction of Dr. Rev. Willard Fuller. Many miracles were experienced during the healing workshop.
In January of 2005, Sue received the Hanna Kroeger beginner level course in Natural and Spiritual Healing. She received the intermediate level course in January of 2006. Sue also volunteered at the Cancer Center at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital in 2009, finding it very rewarding and fulfilling

Rob Fraser, RMT
Rob is registered massage therapist who graduated ICT Northumberland College after completing the 2200 hour Massage Therapy Diploma program.
While attending ICT Northumberland College Rob specialized in sports massage, myofascial release and Suikodo.
Whether you’re looking to speed the healing from an injury or simply looking to relax Rob takes great pride in working with his clients one on one to achieve their goals through a focused massage therapy treatment and educational home care.
